In addition to field inspections of the assets, OTA Environmental reviews data from standard historical sources to identify known and potential sources of hazardous materials contamination resulting from past operation of the assets, as well as past enforcement actions by regulatory agencies.

OTA Environmental conducts appropriate interviews of the seller’s staff during the site reconnaissance to obtain information indicating the overall state of environmental compliance in connection to the assets.
